Still Writing an Email to Disclose something amazing about Mr. Mittal's pathetic MAFIA COMPANY - Finally, after numerous calls Digital TV was installed today, however it added to another hicup "The Recharge", now my DTV was not activated and was told by the person who came for installation that it will be done in 2.5 hrs. which obviously did not happen. after around 6 hrs of installation we again called on the same HELPLESS Number. Got transferred to a technician and after checking the details he said
"SIR AAP NE SIRF Rs.1199 DIYE HAI ACTIVATE NAHI HO SAKTA - PLEASE PAY Rs. 1590 MORE FOR ACTIVATION". Now I was not only livid but absolutely dead. I told him about the commitments and details etc etc and the fulish smses received from Airtel that the account has been recharged. But still the tech (dont know if he was a tech or another MAFIA salesman) said nahi ho sakta sir, i am transferring to my SENIOR, which never happened and the call was disconnected after the same music " KYU KI HAR EK FRIEND ZARURI HOTA HAI". I the poor LOOSER called again and this time i pressed 4 and got transferred to Mr. Ashish whom I "APPRECIATE" that he took pain and after another struggle of 2.5 hrs he managed to get my DTV activated. I THINK THIS WAS AWESOME, BECAUSE I FELT THAT THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN ATLEAST WITH AIRTEL. BUT I THINK STILL THERE ARE EMPLOYEES LIKE ASHISH BECAUSE OF WHOM POOR LOOSERS (NOT CUSTOMERS) LIKE US FEEL THAT WE WILL GET VALUE FOR MONEY. I STILL STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT ASHISH (EXT - 05224103356, MOB: 09452362135 - SORRY I HAVE TO MENTION THE MOBILE NUMBER AS I DONT KNOW HIS FULL NAME OR EMPLOYEE NUMBER) IS ONE OF THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO WORK AND WHO SERIOUSLY WORK AND SHOULD BE ON TOP MOST POSITIONS, HOWEVER DUE TO STUPID COMPANY LIKE AIRTEL THEY ARE UNDERPAID AND DONT GET EVEN 0.000000 OF THEIR DESERVED SHARE.
ONCE AGAIN I WAS ABOUT TO SINK TODAY - AS I AM A HEART PATIENT, ASHISH UNDERSTOOD MY PROBLEM AND GOT IT RESOLVED. I FEEL THAT I AM HIS CUSTOMER AND NOT AIRTEL's CUSTOMER.
Management sitting at top especially Mr. Mittal should know and understand that not more than 5% of your employees are fully equipped to serve the customers, and this means that you cannot expect your company to make automatic money for a long time. Businessman and customers like me will make sure that companies like AIRTEL loose it when they deserve too.
I WILL MAKE SURE THAT NO ONE WHO KNOS ME OR COMES ACROSS ME BUYS AIRTEL - AND THATS A PROMISE.
