I have raised request to install Airtel DTV in my house in Bangalore, Whitefiels 9 days ago and before its been fixed the complaint has been closed and so far from Nov 1 to till day I have been calling their customer care on a daily basis, atleast 3 times a day.. And so far 4 complaints has been raised and everything has been closed with out any resolution.. I recharged my account with Rs. 700 based on the advice given by the customer care executive.. Rs 300 for re-installation and Rs. 400 for viewing the TV. But before installation Rs. 300 has been taken away and I have been losing Rs 15 a day which takes the total to Rs 135 so far and so the grand total I have lost so far is Rs 435.. Every time I call their customer care I get a response saying it will be fixed in 2 hrs and when I call after 2 hrs another 2 hrs and this gets repeated till 8Pm and when I call by 8Pm they say 12Pm the next day and back to the same ways..

If an appointment is fixed it should be done and I have been given an appointment for more than 10 times.. I have canceled all my other works and was waiting for the whole day for the past 2 days and also on 31st Oct 09.. This is not fair..

If this could not be done their people could have told me and I would have gone for someother provider and I would not have lost the money..

I have given them a mail too and no response for that..

What could be done??
