I haven't received order # 1004485370 for more than 45 days from BagIt Today.
I have followed up atleast 6-8 times over email and twice calling them, their response is stereotype and have been hearing/reading the following message everytime I follow up with them.
The bluedart courier consignment # 43694846904, they have provided is a fake one, blue dart doesn't have this particular courier # at all.
Their service is pathetic seems to be a fradulent company chaeting people. This is highly frustrating and horrible experience with Bagit.
The email msg I receive everytime I follow up is:
"This is with reference to your e-mail.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
We would like to inform you that we have taken the matter with the department concerned. We request you to kindly allow us with the 4-5 working days to resolve the issue and get back to you. Hope you shall bear with us in the interim.
We assure you that all possible care shall be taken from our end.
