Sir, i had used DTDC courier on 20/5 from rawatbhata to karela. The consignment number was Z36192983 by DTDC courier servies jaipur. it takes a maximum of 5 days to reach the destination but till date (almost one & half month) the courier had not been reached the destination. several time i called them but they are not picking up the phone. on 21/6 one lady picked up the phone and told that your courier reached till karela which was showed in online DTDC service but it was not reached to the destination. sir that courier was important courier contained bridle jewelry and cosmetic which cost 8000 Rs. They are totally harassing me. I want them to return the money which i spent on that courier. SO please help me out & register my complaint.
