I had order for a Infinity Women Watch on 15th May with the order number 1905407 online. I paid the amount through netbanking using citibank debit card. I was been told that, The watch will be delivered within Ten business days when spoken to customer care executive. i have not received the watch till 6th of june (22 days from the date of Order). When I called the customer care again, They told me that the watch is been dispatched only on 31st May. I should be getting the watch by 8th June. If I dont get the watch by 8th of june, I should be calling them back, they wil check whats the status only then. I requested them to check the exact status of the shipment or atleast give me a date as to when I will be receiving the watch. The person called Ashutosh seemed to be rude and could not answer what was asked. According to the website rule the order will be delivered with 7 working days from the time of dispatch. But still there is no proper information woth them as to when the order will be delivered. There is no information about the shipper through they have shipped. No proper customer service nor polite enough to answer the baic questions asked.
I request you to please look into this. There should be some compensation given as the order was places more than 23 days back and still no news about it.
