Defective Lakme Product

Hi,

I had bought a Lakme 9To5 FOREVER Eye Pencil which turned out to be defective. I tried returning it but the outlet refused to accept that the product is defective. Rather I was advised to keep the defective product saying that I was unable to use the product (which I have been using for a long time) and any kid can use it. I really hope a product like Lakme should not defame its identity by selling it in such rude & unprofessional store.
