Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked two deals for a beauty package with Panorama Beauty Clinic, Pune approximately 7 days back through times deal and got coupons but when it comes availing the facility the beauty clinic straight away denies and claims that there are no dates for the treatment and they are over -booked.

If this is the case then the booking should be stopped when the consumer is buying on-line. They are neither ready to acoomodate on any other date and the customer service people are down-right rude. The money ahs been debited to my account and I ma unable to avail of the facility.

This has dettered me to book further delas thru your portal times deal and I will surely discourage other as well.
