Hi,

I have placed an order on May 7th.

Order# 8835206 –

Sub order# 17603088. Product name is Shahnaz Sha Plant Stem Cell. Product price: Rs. 2650.

I had placed an another order. Order# 8835280.

Sub order# 17603185. Product name is Biotique face & body Sun screen. Product price: Rs. 199.

The problem is both the orders had same tracking id 4291117762. Due to this, I received product worth Rs. 199 of Order# 8835280 (Sub order# 176030185) whereas product worth Rs. 2650 (Order# 8835206) is NOT delivered. As tracking Id is same, it shows both are delivered. I called customer care last week and placed a complaint against this.

It’s been more than a month and till now, I didn’t receive the product or cash back. Please do something so that I get my product else my cash back. I don’t want credit points instead of cash. I always had respect for infibeam and has been regularly ordering things from it (even recommended your site to all my friends!) I dint expect this kind of treatment in return!!!

Whenever I call customer care to complain, they promise to call me back wth in 48 hours, but they NEVER CALL BACK!!!
