NAAPTOL
Wrong product delivered

HI,

I bought a fast-track watch from naaptol recently and after 3 weeks they delivered the cheap and wrong watch instead of the one I bought. The product I ordered was:

Can anyone tell me what action I can take against them so I can either get my actual product or atleast close this fake company so they cannot cheat anyone else?
