I ordered jewelry set from Napptol.com. They often advertise these deals on Times of India. When the jewelry arrived, half of it was damaged. I alled Naaptol customer service and registered a complaint. The customer service respresentative told me he will get back to me. I didn't receive any call from them. After that i kept calling them many times but could never get a customer service representative, they kept putting me on hold. After several tries, I wrotem them an email. Received a response from them saying I will get a refund check for Rs 400 within a week. I never received any check. I kept writing emails to find out what happened to my check and never got any response back.
BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU ORDER FROM NAAPTOL.COM, THEY DON"T HAVE ANY CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SEND DAMAGED ITEMS.
