Dear sir/madam,

i have an account in your Andhra bank, kakinada branch. I recently used a sbi atm machine in bangalore and tried to withdraw 2500 Rupees and the machine made the sounds of counting the money but did not dispense. My reciept clearly states "unable to process" so i went to another machine and found it had indeed been deducted from my account. I recieved no money! and it did same to the person after me.

May i know the procedure to get back my money...
