I have used my PNB atm in OBC, Janakpuri East metro station for withdrawl of Rs.5, 000/- from my saving a/c no. 3028000100102218 in the name of Ankit Chawla on 6th March. Amt has been debited from my a/c but not recd then i have lodge a complaint on PNB customer Care no 1800-180-2222 on same day vide complaint no 54360247. I have still asking on phone they are telling me the complaint has been lodged and forwarded to OBC they are verifying and it will take twelve working days. Kindly resolve my problem on priority and credit the money to my said account number. My humble request to resolve the issue.
