Poor Service, Not helpful

I am customer of Axis Bank, a/c 443010100012485.

My company sent money from Panama to my account on 31 Aug which i didn't receive yet. I visited my bank (Axis - Serampore Branch) and they told me they know nothing about this type of transfer and Mr. Saurabhmoy (Axis Bank) asked the details of the transfer to his email account.

I called customer care and my complaint no. is 4372284.

Still now the complain is in open mode and Mr. Saurabhmoy didn't reply my email (i sent two emails).

THIS IS THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AXIS BANK OFFERING.
