Ref. My Axis A/C No. 712010100004206

Maintained With your Alambagh Branch.

The login facility (e-Banking) of my above A/C has been locked causing a great deal of inconvenience to me.

In this Connection I had filled in a form about three months ago when it was assured that the login

(e-banking) would be unlocked but sorry to say that this has not yet been done.

You are therefore, once again requested to look into this and provide the facility at the earliest.
