Money deducted without my consent

I had operated my account no.o917000100920 of PNB to get my available balance from the ATM of your bank located nearby NIFT campus, hi-tech city, Hyderabad on 3/12 at 12:12pm approximately.

The on screen query showed my balance deducted by Rs 1000/-, while that time ATM was actually operated to check the balance only and no tansaction was made.
