Cheque Book Not Received

Hi,

I Have choose Cheque Book option from vaishali & other nearest ATM"s of Axis Bank, Ghaziabad many times, But its been more than 6 months I havent Received my cheque book.. My Account No is 131010100458351, Gurgaon Branch..This Types of Services is created lot of problem as my Account is in gurgaon branch & its not possible for me to visit each time to branch for minutes things...

Please Help & do the Needfull ASAP & Help me in Issuing my cheque book to my Home Address
