I am holding Prepaid Gift Card of Axis Bank. It had a balance of Rs 5000 till 17/2, but on 19/2 Bank had migrated the Balance to " Account Migrated to YCS". Despite Calling number of times on the call center & in Branch nobody is reverting with Details.
