On 4th april i went to axis bank atm janakpuri branch to withdraw 3100/- cash, were only rs 100/- came and the remaining rs 3000/- didnt come at all, i waited inside the atm for 15-20 min, but the cash didnt come out, however it did cut down my actually amount in my acount to 7253/-, later i got to know from the security guard that the atm was not working, and there were many cx who faced the same problem, he then gave me form to fill and asked me to fill it up and to submit it, which i did the very next day, on 5 th april, the complain no-1104-013413 was provided to me and the bank person asked me to wait for 3-4 days which i did, however the amount 3000/- was still not refunded to my acc, so i called up the branch and was informed that since there were many cx who faced same problem the very same day, it would take some time and would come after 14 days, again i waited but nothing happened, then i went to janakpuri head branch and asked them what is the matter, they then informed that the atm people have said that there was no extra cash in atm that specific day (4th april).and that according to their records the amount of 3000/- is deducted because it has been provided to the cx, however i was there for like 20 min, but no cash came out, the bank people are not ready to show me the cctv clippings, and they dont even have the denomination of the amount present in the atm of that particular day, nor they have any record were as how many notes of 100, or 500, 1000, have come out in that transaction made on 4th april around 9.30 in evening... iam totally helpless i want my amount to be refunded, there is no point that i would lie to get 3000/- from bank, but i actually didnt get that amount from the atm machine, now what should i do?
