DDA 2010 refund

I had submitted DDA application number 0257565 at Axis bank sector-14, Gurgaon branch.

When checked the status of courier (DDA refund cheque sent by Axis bank), courier company delivered the cheque back to bank.

As per DDA guidelines, i should get the refund from the branch where i have submitted the form. But sec-14, Gurgaon branch asked to goto GK1, Delhi branch of Axis bank.

I tried calling GK branch to confirm if i should visit personally to collect the cheque or bank will be resending the courier. But they never picked up their phone.

Kindly help me in getting refund.
