Dear Sir/madam,
This is to bring to your kind notice that i had already filed a complaint regarding my blocked internet banking user id and requested to get it enabled. After speaking to the concerned person i was ensured that the id would get enabled within 2 days. but till the date it has not been activated and the internet banking officers are showing a careless and irresponsible attitude towards my complaint. My complaint reference no. is 5312130. i am feeling that this banking company is just unaccountable and careless and turn a deaf ear towards their customer complains once they associate with them.
So i request you to kindly do the needful.
