Dear Sir/Mam,
I am Binod Gupta holding an Axis Bank account no. 126010100274357 with Lajpat Nagar branch.
I am with the bank since last 3 years & I had open my account as a zero balance account.
But, last month to be more presice 1268.45 {1150 (consolidated charges for AC) 118.45 (service charges) } had been deducted.
Then I called your customer care & surprise to know that my account had been changed from zero balance to an other account type.
They instructed me to talk to my branch & I had spoken to Ms. Nidhi on 5th March.
Now I had a conversation with Ms. Jasmit & she told me to write the mail for amount reversal.
But, I want to know that without any communication neither telephony nor electronically you how can you change my account type.
Its totatlly disobeying your norms
So, I am totally anoyed with your services & specially the communication part.
In future I will think twice before taking any service from your bank.
