Axis Bank, Old Panvel
Overcharging

I have book rail ticket on 03.09.2010 through MakeMyTrip. And payment done by my Debit card (Gold Card) against my account no 036010100239707. I have received payment details, where it shows Bank/Card Charges: Rs 79.When i telecom with MakeMyTrip they told me this is from my side. When i asked to Customer care executive of Axis bank he told me they charge around Rs 11.30/ per transaction.

When I called at Panvel branch of Axis they told me it will credited after one or two days but it is not done. I have email communication with them but they don't give me satisfactory reply. Also when i went to Axis Bank Branch and meet Mr Dhananjoy Kumar Barnwal but it is not co-operative. Till date they are not credited my money after proper charges.
