Subject: Complain for not receiving policy documents.
I am Edwin Samuel Kadia from Vadodara Gujarat. I purchased Met life policy from Bajaj Capital office at Vadodara. Address is Advisory, 2nd floor, Sivangali Complex, opp. Swaminarayan Temple, Harinagar, Vasana Road. I have paid 33000/- but till date I have not receive any policy documents or any other thing. I rang up at office many times on office number but no one picked up I inquired at office, but it is closed. I also found that, my cheques have been deposited to personal account. I gave two cheques of 15000 of SBI bank chque no is 610078 cleared on 19/08, another cheque of Axis bank Dahod, cleared on 6/9 cheque no is 130685 and 3000/- cash on 24/7. I am also given receipt of met life and receipt no. is 168762566. I found that the amount is deposited in his account. I rang to toll free number for number of times but they also did not trace the detail for the same. From 18/11, Mr. Mauik Panchal is delaying by giving time and not giving any details of the policy Before two days he gave me policy no. which is 20113324. But after inquiring for met life, I came to know that it is not on my name but Mr. Maulik says I will get the policy in a week. Following is the details of the staff at office;
