Sir, I had made a transaction from Oriental Bank Of Commerce ATM located at Panipat (Haryana), near Skylark Hotel. Sir, there was a deduction in the balance of my account of but I didn't received the amount. Sir when I went to register my complaint to the Bank which is responsible for the caretaking of that particular ATM. They said me that they are not responsible for this and I should complain to SBI of whose ATM I am using.
