I have purchased pair of shoes from Bata showroom, Nr. Kisor Plaza Station Road, Anand.on 13/05 after five month my shoes lether damage. i am going to showroom for repair the same on 17/09 he tell me that your shoes compliete by company & get back it on monday 19/09 but the problem was not solve by company & get back it to me with same problem & telling there staff me that it's not done by us. so you wear the same shoes with same problem.kindly request you to take necrery step in the matter.
