Unwanted transaction

Respected Sir,

Regarding my previous complain that I send 21.07.11 I want to inform you certain things.

on 22.07.11 at 11.45 in the morning a phone call came to me from Dining Plus. Regarding my previous complain they said that they don't provide any cancellation number. If I want to stop the transaction then they will charge 1500/- for cancellation and then the rest of the money they will credit to my card account. Now I want to know that it is completely their fault, then how can they charge me? Have I anything to do? Kindly help me in this regard.
