Dear Sir,

This is complaint against Dining Plus (Regi. Off: 909, Raheja Centre Nariman Point, Mumbai-4000 021 Tel: 91-22-2281 1089 E-mail: [email protected]). As per complaint I received the call from Sales Executive by Dining Plus (Mumbai) before 5 month ago. He convinced me lots for purchase membership card of Dining Plus (Mumbai). He guides me about all the facilities of the card which I got but he commit me wrong additional discount (20% off on grocery) which I didn’t got. I paid the Amount Rs.5499/- via ICICI Credit Card (5239 5113 0592 4001) On Date 23-09 on online Telebanking. After 20 days I got the membership card (No: 27 10418 Name: DINESH ARJUNDAS VARINDANI) from Dining Plus (Mumbai). As per company guide I got all schemes from dining plus accept the 20% discount on grocery. I call so much to customer care for the same complaint in the Dining Plus (Mumbai) and forwarded the mail to Dining Plus so many times for the same complaint but still I didn’t get any positive reply from Dining Plus (Mumbai). Now I am getting very irated from the Dining Plus (Mumbai) customer’s service that’s why I want to complaint against Dining Plus (Mumbai) for my money back as soon as possible. So please do needful.
