Mobile alert beside of having not card

Dear Sir,

in referance to your mobile alert regarding minimum balance i have to pay, I Dinesh Bartwal hereby to informe you that :-

1) I have not recieved any card from yor side and hance not used by me ever.

2) Quit before it was telephonically brought to the knowledge of the custmer care unit of your ofiice.

3) it was also communicated to him that neither i have recieved any credit card nor i want to avail this facility of SBI.

4) Inspite of that continuisely i am recieving alert on mobile from you side which is realy shocking for me and also incresing my mental stress as a result my day to day activieties are being affected.

5) In large intrest of me as customer and to keep your organistion status high, I personally reqquest to rectify this mistake of your office and not to send me any further alert as i am not availing this facility and is also not the part of credit card family.
