Charging twice at a time for value added services

I am a prepaid customer of airtel mobile services. I use their caller song services and they charge Rs 30/- every month. As usual few days back I got a message from their customer service that they are going to deduct monthly charges for the caller song services.

The next day I noticed a sudden change in my balance. The balance was less by 30 rupees. Usually they inform (sms) their customer about the deduction and they ought to do it. But this time they did not inform me and I thought that they might have charged for Caller song. Now just hours have passed, again they have deducted 30 rupees from my account and informed properly. Damn it idiots. Why they are cheating their customer by charging twice for a single month's service. They are purposely doing this in the shadow of technical mistakes, or technically exploiting the peoples memory traffics. This is not my first experience with airtel though its service was comparatively good for the first two years. May be they are targeting these things on long time users. Anyway I started moving for an alternative step.
