WRONG POLICY BOND

I want to inform that I applied for a single premium policy for Rs. 1, 00, 000/- only. on 1st Feb from HDFC Life, Hdfc Bank, Mehrauli Branch. Policy no. given to me was 14175801 now even the no. has been changed to 14230918.

I was assured and confirmed that the sum assured would be Rs. 5 Lacs only and it is mentioned of the application form. I have the photocopy also for the same. But as per the policy bond given to me by HDFC Life 1st page the sum assurance is Rs. 1.25 Lacs only. And then HDFC People confirmed me that they will change the same and give me the new bond within one week time but I did not receive any updated Policy bond till yet. Again I was confirmed by HDFC Life customer care people that I would get the updated bond by 5th March but I did not get the same till yet again. Now they say that I would have to fill the form again which I have already filled 3 times earlier. I bought this policy for 100% income tax benefit but HDFC people are not trying to understand my problem and not able to solve my issue.

You are requested to do the needful from your end at the earliest ASAP asI need to submit the document for Income tax benefit purpose.

Please do the needful.
