IDBI Home Finance laon

I had taken loan from IDBi Home Finance at 8.25 % floating in 2006.In they increased it to 11.25% and from dec 08 it is 10.75. I dont understand why is that new customers are made to pay only 8.75 and I am still paying 10.75.

I feel cheated as this is absolute cheap way of extracting money. Even during recession I was charged 11.25 to 10.75..its rediculous.

I dont know who can help me with this..

They are taking bit too mcuh money from me.

Its worst bank I have come across.
