Emi Bounce payment not updated

My emi is get bounced so i got a call from ICICI and executive come to my home collect the payment executive has ICICI bank I -card and recipt has original hologarm of icici.

and payment not effected in my account in next 1.6 Yrs and @ the end they have charged 221 rs for each month bounce.

below is the reply of ICICI cutomert care suggest you to take the loan and ENJOY the same experince which i.

We sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you.

Further, we are enquiring the issue as the payment collected from you by the executive was not deposited in the bank and the receipt was a fraud one. We request you to give some more time to revert to you.

We will update you with the status by August 10 as it takes 45 days for the investigation.

Dear Mr Kumar,

With reference to our telephonic conversation on August 04, we would like to inform that the executive who has collected the payment from you does not work with us and there is no agency by name "Bagga Agency" associated with our bank. Further, the mentioned receipt 0120950 is not from our receipt books.

Hence we would be unable to update the payment in your loan account and request you take action against the person (who has collected the payment from you) from your end.

Further, for closure of the loan and No Objection Certificate (NOC), we request you to make the payment of Rs .15949 at any of our branches mentioned below.
