I have used the a credit card number 4477 xxxx xxxx 9012. Now on June 14, I dropped the card with torn pieces into sector 16 ATM of ICICI bank. I also put up the letter to cancel the card. But on 26th June I got the messages that AUD 84.99 (twice) has been transact to some company and AUD 99.00 is transact to mobileworld.com which I have never heard of. Now after taking this matter to the company, they refused to take and help me. They told me that I had given the number to these sites. I also sent a mail to the concerned [email protected] but there is no response. I also talked to the customer care number (name Raja) who says it is my fault that I have torned it and throw it in the ATM box.
Please advice me how to sort out this problem.
