I have been getting calls for ICICI bank employees for false credit card charges. According to ICICI credit card, the charges are for premium payment for ICICI Pru policy. Now, first thing, I have not signed any policy document with ICICI Pru, secondly, I have neither paid the premium with netbanking nor swiped the card for paying premium. Then how come I am being charged for the transactions which I have not made?
I got a call from ICICI bank guy Dhyanesh Uday (mob no: 9881302445) for 7-8 times. He asked me to come to Bhandarkar road ICICI bank Pune branch for settlement of this issue. So I had been to ICICI bank Bhandarkar road, Pune today to settle this matter. Dhyanesh made me waiting after reaching bank, he told me today his manager is not available and come on monday. I took a leave from office for going to bank and after going to bank, he is telling me this thing. Then he said, wait, I will come there, then after waiting for 1 hour, he said, today its not possible.
Then I shouted on him for making me wait for 1 hour, after which he started using abusive language and used bad words. I am going to launch complaint in PRABHAT ROAD, PUNE POLICE STATION against him (or anyone from icici bank), if he uses this language next time.
Can you please send me the credit card statement which gives details of transactions that I have made for ICICI pru policy? Also, I want to know, if I havent paid the premium online, I havent swiped the card as well, then how come the transactions are added to my statement? I need to know the reason why was the transaction of premium payment added to my account?
If this issue is not solved in 10 days, I am going to take a weeks leave and do 2 things:
1. LAUNCH COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT, 2. PUBLISH THE WHOLE STORY IN PUNE MIRROR.
Once again, I am telling you, I have paid every rupee that I have spent with ICICI credit card (Pls check my payment history for this). Current outstanding charges are false as I have neither swiped my card to pay premium nor made online transaction. This is automatically added by you and should be reversed.
