This regarding order number 622135 through my credit card points.
As per the statement dated 10/05, I can see that 1147 credit card points has been deducted from my ICICI back credit card number 4477 4658 6381 0009.
I would like to bring in notice that corresponding gift has not been reached to me yet. When I called customer care thay told me that gift has been delivered to some other person who is not saurabh.
When I asked ICICI bank to check this issue and let me know how can ICICI bank deliver my gifts to somebody else, then I was told that they can't do anything now.
