Respected Sir,

I am Sachin Shelar holding a card from ICICI Bank, card no 4477 4684 6926 3003. I have this card since 05, I have had many problems in my personal and professional life since last 9-10 months. I was employed with IBM since several years. Unfortunately I have to resign last April, and since then I have ended up with huge problems. Now earlier I already had some problems with ICICI bank card dept. but still I managed to get things rectified. Being unemployed for almost 4-5 months and then recently joined a new company in Nov.

I personally called ICICI bank and asked them to help me get my outstanding cleared so that I can pay my credit card dues. I was been helped by a very generous person from your collections team. I quite dont remember his name but he was very helpful. He helped me getting the outstanding to pay by EMI facility. Then he sent me the papers for the same I accepted the documents. New EMI a/c no: 9401 3440 1746 2001.

I was all set so that I can pay the bills, but since last week of Nov my health was not good and then in 1st week of Dec, we diagnosed that I was been affected by Hepitites D and E. Due to my health I could not attend my office and then in 2nd week of Dec was been admitted to the hospital. I did informed my company about this and they agreed for my leaves. But my salary for both the months was put on hold. I have not yet recived my salary and also due to hospitalisation have paid almost 28-30 thousand rupees for my illness. Now that I am already in this crisis I requested one of your execitives that I will not be able to pay my bills for some time till I get my salary. And since last week there are few people who call me and were asking for making the payments. Frequently recieving such calls to make the payments, I asked my friend to help me. But was unable to arrange the payment. I still tried to arrange and I told tham that I will call them once I arrange the amount. Still trying to speak to my company and get the salary creditted so that I can pay these charges. But there is an Executive or Manager named, Sajid Shaikh, ICICI collections, J B nagar, Collections Manager, ID: LTG825613, This person spoke to me very un-proffessionally and was trying to get me irate and make me do something worng was very rude and was using wrong ways to get payments from me. I was very surprised to know that such people work with a reputed bank like ICICI . I wanted to make a serious complaint regarding this Manager. And I told him my situation and but he was least bothered about my situation. And then he said that he will come to my house and show me how to make payments. he said that he will see me tomorrow (28/01/10) and he wants me to arrange the amount asap. or else I will have to bare the consequenses. I want to know what can I do.

would like to know as to why are such people hired by your bank and I want to know how can some one help me in this situation.
