ICICI
ANW charges deduction

Hi,

I am Dinesh kumar working at chennai as a programme analyst, I am having a salary account in ICICI bank and on 29/11 my father deposited Rs.10, 000 but I received only Rs. 9, 835 where the transaction details said that ANW charges: Rs.150 and s.tax :15.I called the coustmer care regarding the same issue but they didnt respond well, so please take nessaccary action and let me know about this issue.
