Misuse my credit card

I mohinder kumar mittal, i have an icici crdit card holder, i receive an call from icici bank, verify my details regarding d.o.b, mother name, i verified these details and after some times i received a call from bank that my card has been blocked because some one call them to block this,

when i got the monthly statement i m shocked my bill was of 41000/-some one use my card details for payment of oxigen infovision pvt ltd mumbai & book travel ticket from banglore flight raja

when i make dispute to bankboth of the disputes goes in to the bank favour.

i call them several times but they nbot give me the information i want..
