ICICI Credit Card
Card Cancelled but still the amount is charged

Hi,

I had canceled the ICICI card in Feb but recently I came to know that the card has not been canceled by the bank and the interest on the card has piled up. The customer care executive says "card has been canceled but the account is not". This is embarrassing. Who can help me in this regard?
