Not receiving Statement

Dear Sir,

I am Govind Patnaik bearing VISA card no. 4477 4636 1569 8004. I tried to contact the customer care but failed. I am not getting my statement for the last two months neither by mail nor mobile alert, even I am not getting by post, though I am paying regularly, I am finding it difficult to pay by due date. Please help.

I have checked the online statement but it is not a detailed on and due date is not mentioned.
