Cut charges of block card after 2years

I stopped and settle my account two years back, i already send fax of all my details, my letter, receipts everything, but now icici cut charges of rs. 6264/- from my bank account. in between i didnt receive any statement or no customer care call for minimum balance. my C.Card no is 4477 4682 4939 4003. my no is 9212734112.
