Wrong policy document

I got call from one of executive from ICICI Lombard and even though I said EMI. The whole amount for 2 financial year is deducted from my credit card. Also not provided my premium certificate as per my actual payment.

When I asked to cancel my policy the response i got is they will charge 30% cancellation charges which was not mentioned in my policy document.

I communicated this within 6 days of purchasing the policy.

I request you give me justice
