I have booked one air ticket paid by IDBI bank and then cancell it. So that amount need to be refund in my bank account. And they are not giving me any proper solution. every time they ask me to call tommorow. Its already been 3 weeks now. So i am frustated now, Please help me out of this issue. Please go through the chain mail.

as per discussion we had, The amount 2549 need to be transfer in my account 028104000172134. as per travel agency, that amount already been transfered in my IDBI account and they provided me one transaction ID also 34018765, and I have raise a complane also which is AS/EFT/1972010. But I am not getting any proper solution or satisfactory answer from IDBI customer care people. So I am frastated now. Please do the needfull or try to co-ordinate with travel agency and get it resolve now.
