Dear Idea Excutive,
My no. is 09785980292 in the name of Vivek Pndey.i would like to draw ur kind attention to ur Idea Music station Service. Last week i have got a message that my music station service is activated. but i have not subscribe this service then how can it activated? and 30/- Rs. has deducted from my account.i have called to customer care and unsubscribe from this service but till date there is no information about deactivation of the service.i dont know whether it is deactivated or not.
i want to deactivate this service right now and need proper information about deactivation and back my money in account. Hope you will take my problem on priority basis and solve it as soon as possible.
And the another complain is for the unlimited calls of everyday for offers.it is really headaches.in one day 5 to 6 calls given by ur side. i want to stop this unnecessary calls.hopping ur positive response as soon as possible.
