WRONG DEDUCTION IN TICKET AMOUNT UP TO 50%

This is to inform you that I have not boarded the train since train was late for more than 5 hrs & there was no sense in reaching Mumbai at that time since the purpose of visit will not be full filled.

I missed such a Important function of Family and rather than Compansating railway has deducted Half of my Ticket amount. Either reimburse the full amount or I shall bring all this to notice to a general public. Copy of this mail is forwarded to consumer forum also in Bcc
