Dear sir,

My name in my pan card doesn't match with the one which I wrote in the application form, that is PRASHANTAKUMAR SAIKHOM not PRANSHANTAKUMAR SAIKHOM. I am really sorry to tell you that your employee is not so aware of it and they are very careless too.
