I have made a ticket from irctc PNR no 2206394807 travelling date 04/06 of train no 4864 but unfortunately my ticket was in waiting list till the chart got prepared.
so i went to the web site of irctc to cancell the tickets wihcih was made by my hdfc credit cards to claim the refund but it was written that chart has been prepared so you can cancellation your ticket.
so can i know wheather i shall get the money refund in my credit card a/c or not.
