I am enclosing the copy of the complaint lodged against the Branch

Manager, Development Officer and the Agent who were responsible to

cheat me with a sum of Rs.1.5 lakhs invested in wealth plus scheme.

It would be pertinent to inform you that having grieved they have

approached the court of law in this regard.

The procedures employed in accepting the cheque issued by the third

party are in violation of the norms laid down by IRDA and even the

norms laid down by LIC of India were thrown to winds by the Officers

of LIC and I was deprived of the precious risk of life insurance

cover.

I would request you to kindly initiate the steps to trace the culprits

and appropriate action need to be taken to redress my grievance.

I therefore lodge this complaint before your kind authority to take

cognigence of the matter which would meets the ends of justice and

recompensate the loss to me at the earliest.
