Non Receipt of online renewed policy

I have online renewed my car insurance policy on 2nd January. The spayment was made online on same day. Despite my requests to Maruti Insurance and Royal Sundaram Allianz Insurance co. I have not received policy. No any reply from companies in this respect. Further on my telephonic contact to Maruti Insurance, they have directed me to talk the Roral Sundaram. On my contact to Royal Sundaram, they told me to talk to Maruti Insurance. No body is ready to attend me...
