About insuance policy not received

I got a mauti alto car insured by maruti insurance through its dealer M/s gulzar motors situated at ludhiana. My car was insured in feb but till date i have not received my policy yet due to that my policy status is BREAK UP POLICY

its only their negligence that i am lodging this complaint

kindly resolve at the earliest

as today when i asked them to fax a copy of my policy there revert is that their fax machine is not ok and i hav to visit them personally to collect the same
